1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places in your browser when you visit. They serve various purposes — from keeping the site working properly to helping us understand how visitors navigate our pages.

Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot directly identify you as an individual. They store small pieces of information — such as a preference you've set or a session identifier — that the website can retrieve on your next visit.

You remain in control of which cookies are set in your browser. The preferences panel in Section 5 below allows you to review and update your choices at any time.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

Always active

These cookies are required for the website to function. They handle your cookie consent preference, maintain basic session state, and ensure the site loads correctly. Without them, the site cannot operate properly.

Analytics Cookies

Optional — requires consent

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are visited most, where visitors come from, and how long they spend on the site. The information is collected in aggregate and cannot identify individual users.

Preference Cookies

Optional — requires consent

These cookies remember choices you make on the site, such as display settings or language selection, so you do not need to re-enter them on subsequent visits. Currently not actively deployed on this site.

Marketing Cookies

Optional — requires consent

Marketing cookies track your activity across websites to allow advertising networks to show you relevant content. We do not currently use third-party advertising networks on this site. These cookies may be set if tracking integrations (such as Google Ads or Meta Pixel) are enabled in the future.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services we use to improve or measure the site's performance. These services have their own privacy and cookie policies:

Google Analytics

Used (with your consent) to collect anonymised usage statistics. Data is processed by Google LLC under their Privacy Policy.

Google Maps

An embedded Google Maps iframe on our homepage may set cookies from Google. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts

We load typefaces from Google Fonts CDN. Google may log a request for the font file; no tracking cookies are set by this service.

4. Cookie Duration

Cookies fall into two categories by lifespan:

Session cookies

Exist only for the duration of your browser session. When you close your browser, they are removed automatically. Used for basic site operation.

Persistent cookies

Remain in your browser after it closes, until they reach their expiry date or you delete them manually. Our consent preference cookie persists for 12 months.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

Use the controls below to review and update your cookie preferences. Changes take effect immediately and are remembered in your browser for 12 months. Your preferences here are synchronised with the consent banner on our main site.

Analytics Cookies
