Our engagements are designed for Malaysian technology organisations of moderate scale — typically those with twenty to two hundred engineers — where the workforce questions have grown complex enough to warrant outside perspective but where the leadership team still has genuine discretion over people investment decisions.
How long does an engagement take? +
The Talent Posture Conversation typically runs two to three weeks from initial briefing to delivery of the written note. The Engineering Workforce Advisory is usually five to seven weeks. The Hiring Practice Workshop is a two-day session, scheduled at mutual convenience, preceded by a week of document review.
Do you recruit or place candidates? +
We do not. Rentas Advisory holds no recruitment revenue stream and carries no financial interest in any hiring decision you make. This independence is central to the value of the advisory relationship.
What does the pricing cover? +
Each quoted price covers the full engagement as described — the advisory sessions, the document production, and one round of clarification after delivery. Travel to client premises within the Klang Valley is included. There are no additional fees.
How is sensitive workforce data handled? +
We work under a mutual non-disclosure agreement as standard. All documents shared with us are used solely for the purpose of the engagement and are not retained beyond the agreed period. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
Can we engage you for more than one service? +
Yes. Many organisations find that the Talent Posture Conversation surfaces questions that warrant the Engineering Workforce Advisory. We are glad to discuss sequencing during the initial conversation.
